This is a taxidermy display featuring real, preserved butterflies and dried botanical elements mounted in a glass or acrylic container shadow box.
This product is a vintage 1970s taxidermy art piece featuring three real butterflies mounted in a 6" cube display. The butterflies are adorned with mixed materials and are handmade in Paramount California United States by the Grass Roots Co. Original sticker on bottom cube is in excellent condition
Butterfly species:
Orange-barred Sulphur (Phoebis philea)
Isabella's longwing butterfly (Eueides isabella)
Jungle Queen butterfly (scientific name: Stichophthalma howqua).
